Product Structure

Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP), also known as Aluminum Composite Material (ACM), is a type of sheet composed of two thin aluminum skins bonded to a non-aluminum core.
 
PE Core: There are mainly three options: Recycle PE core, Fireproof PE core, Unbroken PE core.
 
Coating: They feature PE or PVDF coating, offering outstanding durability, weather resistance and aesthetic flexibility.

How is the aluminum composite panel made?

· Step 1 :  Heating and Extrusion

The raw material enters the extruder and is thoroughly mixed and melted through the rotation of screw and the heating of heaters. The well-med material is then pushed out by the screw.

· Step 2 : Extrusion Forming

The core material in the middle are combined together through machine to form a sheet.

· Step 3 : Covered with High Molecular Weight Membrance

The high molecular film is laminated on the formed leather board through laminator. The molecular film is a material composed of aluminum plate and plasticated together with high molecular adhesive film.

· Step 4 : Covered with Aluminum Skin

The bottom aluminum sheet is heated through the composite machine, and then the aluminum sheet is hot-pressed together with the polymer film plate under gas pressure.
 
· Step 5 : Apply Protective Film
By precise computer calculations, zero deviation and zero bubble generation are achieved during lamination process.
 
· Step 6 :  Log off Automatically
Using the robotic arm to automatically flip the product and move it offline, increasing production efficiency by 30%.

Installation

Slotting

· Do not cut the core material too depply, otherwise it will damage the aluminum skin, and the bending process is prone to breakage.
· Do not cut too shallowly. If too much core material is left, it will puncture the aluminum skin during the bending process.
