How is the aluminum made?

1.Heating and extrusion

    The raw meterial enters the extruder and is throughly mixed and melted through the rotation of the screw and the heating of the heaters.The well-med material is then pushed out by the screw.

2.Covered with high molecular weight membrane

    The high molecular film is laminated on the formed leather board through the laminartor.The molecular film is a material composed of aluminum plate and plasticated together with high molecular adhesive film.

3.Covered with high molecular weight membrane

    The bottom aluminum sheet is heated through the composite machine,and then the aluminum sheet is hot-pressed together with the polymer film plate under gas pressure.

4.Apply protective film
    By precise computor calculations,zero deviation and zero bubble generation are achieved during the lamination process.

5.Log off automatically
    Using the robotic arm to automatically flip the product abd move it offline,increasing production efficiency by 30%.

6.Dustproof and waterproof packaging

    Packaging can effectively isolate external environmental hazards, significantly reducing the risk of damage during transportation and storage, ensuring the product remains intact.

7.Packing, loading, and transportation

    Employing advanced packing algorithms that integrate cargo dimensions and weight distribution, the system optimizes container loading sequence and path planning to reduce loading/unloading time and labor costs, maximize container space utilization, while ensuring transportation safety.

1.Grooving

    On the back of the aluminum composite panel, mark the groove positions using a ruler and pencil according to the installation and splicing requirements .Use a grooving machine to cut along the marked lines, controlling the depth to 2/3 of the ACP thickness to avoid cutting the entire panel. After grooving, gently bend the panel to create a natural angle at the groove.

2.Cutting and fixing

    Based on the wall dimensions, use a cutting machine to cut the grooved aluminum composite panel to the corresponding size, and smooth the edges.
Drill holes at the folded edges of the ACP, and use self-tapping screws to fix the panel to the keel. The screw spacing should be approximately 300mm, and the screw heads should be lower than the decorative surface.

3.Splicing

     5-8mm expansion joint should be reserved at the joint between adjacent panels and filled with sealant to prevent deformation caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
Inspect all seams and screw holes, fill them with sealant and smooth them out to ensure waterproofing and dustproofing.

Q1: Where is your factory?

A: Our factory located in Linyi City, Shandong Province, China. There is airport and high speed train in Lin Linyi, 2 hours by car from Qingdao.It is very convenient to arrive. Our shipping port is QINGDAO port.

Q2:If I have sample, would you make the same color, quality to me?

A: Yes, we can.We will make the color for you to confirm. And we have ourselves Lab, we can test your samples detail to offer you the price.

Q3: What's your MOQ and delivery time?

A: MOQ is 100SQMS. Delivery time usually 15-20 days after receiving deposit.

Q4: Can you provide OEM service?                                                                                                                                                                                                            A: Yes, we can produce under your own brand name. Logo and design need to be provided so as to make customized brand name.

Q5:Can I get a sample?/ Is sample available?

A:Yes, the samples are free for you.

Q6: What is your payment terms?

A: Our usual payment term is 30% deposit, 70% balance against B/L by TT. We also accept L/C at sight, EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.

A:PE coated ACP warranty is about 8-10 years and PVDF coated ACP warranty is over 15 years , Warranty letter will be provided with the documents if needed .

A :We have the strict QC procedure, each panel will be tested by three times with professional machine before packing.
